How to Use the Butter Bell:

• Pour a small amount of cold water into the base of the Smørklokke.
• Remove butter from the fridge and allow it to soften slightly.
• Gently pack the softened butter into the top lid of the Smørklokke.
• Place the lid onto the base so that the butter-filled bell sits submerged in the water. The water creates an airtight seal, allowing you to keep the Smørklokke out on the counter with soft, spreadable butter at all times—without it going rancid.
• Replace the water every 3 days to maintain freshness.
