How do we handle your personal information?

When you shop from an online store, ours or anyone else’s, you provide information about yourself: where you live, what email address you use, and what you purchase. Some of our customers wonder what we do with this information, and here we describe a bit more formally how we work with it.

The foundation of everything we do is to treat our customers the way we want to be treated ourselves, always. This also applies when it comes to information.

What information do we collect?

We collect as little information as possible. We need to know where you live in order to deliver the goods to you. If you order to your workplace or summer house, we don’t even need to know your home address.

When you pay by card, you must provide your credit card number. This is handled via a secure server.

We also need to know which products you order, and we need your email address to contact you with delivery notices, updated information, etc.

Cookies

We use cookies. We do this so we can store your items in your shopping cart.

We also use Google’s services “Google Analytics” and “AdRoll Remarketing.” These services also use cookies.

Information to other parties

We never share your information with anyone else. Exceptions are only made if we are required to do so by law.

Remove your information from our database

The only information we keep is your email address. All other information is stored only as documentation for the financial transaction.

If you do not want us to have your email address in our database for informational emails, you can email us and we will remove it.
